My inspiration

My basement is unfinished and is just used for storage and laundry. I have a Victorian style sofa and sidechair down there so i decided to make that space a place for my inspiration stuff.
The first photo is a monster work in progress....who will he or she be?

Dulcie

Dulcie belonged to a gypsy child and can claim to be a true gypsy herself as she was sewn bit by bit from found pieces along their travels.

Voodoo Bayou John

Voodoo Bayou John is inspired by my recent voodoo history reading.

Voodoo Bayou John measures approx. 10 inches tall by 4 inches wide.

He is made from mainly recycled fabrics and buttons. His suit front is a dark brown velvet.
